RICK DARGE started shooting hi8 videos at an early age. Born out of the digital era, he understands digital acquisition and workflow like a moth understands a flame. Darge graduated from USC with a degree in film in 2004. He went on to edit full time for several feature length documentaries, music videos, a short stint with Madonna and the lead editor for daily entertainment news at Reelzchannel. In 2007 he left the post world to pursue cinematography and even won his first EMMY in '07 for his work on the web series, SATACRACY88. Following the success of that show, he went on to partner with Mark Armes of FUNWUNCE, LLC, a Houston based art collective specializing in new media and comedic advertisement. The pair went on to produce LCD Soundsystem's final video for their track HOME and have worked with the several other smaller acts in and out of Texas, as well as national brands such as FRITO LAY, FAMOUS FOOTWEAR and DELL COMPUTERS. 

A tech head at heart, Darge owns his own EPIC, Red One MX, Sony FS100, Canon 5D Mark II and Go-Pro. He also owns a set of beautiful and rare Canon k35 Superspeed lenses and several other fun things..
